Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon receipt
• The wrong product was delivered
• You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items, including digital content, may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
